On January 16, 2016 we organized a workshop titled Queen Rearing and Selection for third edition of Craiova Beekeeping Fair.
Due to the layout of the conference room, the placement of our camera wasn’t ideal, our colleague Radu having to repeatedly step outside the frame for addressing to the audience. The audio quality of the video is however very good and we decided to post it on our YouTube channel, being requested by some of our readers that couldn’t attend to the event. Some of the aspects presented in the video can also be found in our article Queen Rearing (raising): a realistic approach based on understanding the honeybee that was published a few weeks ago. We consider it to be a useful resource especially for beekeepers who intend to rear queens for their own personal use.
